Working In America
Working in America follows migrant workers at their jobs, and their lives that revolve around this job. These farm workers migrated from Mexico to find work to be able to send money back to their families. Their daily jobs are to harvest the fields at Brown’s Farm in Waterport, N.Y., which include the picking of apples and other fruits such as berries. Since it was the height of the apple harvest season, the workers are very busy keeping up with the fruits that are growing at the farm. Photos from the farm include different aspects of the workers’ day, including things such as what they do in their free time and breaks.
